Please be advised that the Form is hosted on that school’s website (the “School Website”) or the website of a third-party (the “Third Party”), who then passes the Personal Information on to the school (the Third Party Website).
The Form should provide you a link (the “Link”) to the applicable School Website privacy policy (the “School Privacy Policy”) or Third Party privacy policy (the “Third Party Privacy Policy”).
